What file formats are included with my purchase?
Each kit includes native files for major 3D software including Blender, Unreal Engine, Unity, 3ds Max, Maya, and Houdini, along with standard OBJ and FBX formats.
How do I download my kits after purchasing?
Once your order is complete, you can access your downloads immediately through the 'My Library' section of your account or via the Cargo asset manager.
Can I use these assets for commercial projects?
Yes, our standard Individual License allows for use in commercial films, video games, and other professional creative projects. For large studios, please see our Enterprise options.
What is the refund policy for digital products?
Due to the nature of digital downloads, we generally do not offer refunds once the files have been accessed. However, we are happy to provide technical support if you encounter issues.
Are the textures and materials included?
Yes, all kits come with high-resolution 2K or 4K textures and pre-made materials optimized for both PBR workflows and specific render engines like Octane, Redshift, and V-Ray.
Do I need a high-end PC to use these kits?
While our assets are high-fidelity, we provide various levels of detail (LODs) and optimized geometry to ensure they run smoothly on most modern production workstations.
