Return Process

  Ensure your request is made within 14 days of purchase and that the assets have not been extensively downloaded or utilized in a commercial project.

  Submit a formal request through our support portal including your order number, account email, and the specific reason for the return or exchange.

  Our team will review your request and, if applicable, provide technical troubleshooting to resolve any software compatibility or file corruption issues.

  Refund Processing

  Once approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method, and access to the digital library for that kit will be revoked.
